Well the main reason is I've mostly lost interest in the website as a whole and anything on the rare occasion I do upload isn't even on here. Its on instagram and as far as social media thats really all I do anymore.

But for a long time now I've come to realize that I just don't really enjoy uploading personal pieces of art anymore. Getting comments and nice responses from people was and will always be nice but I just don't enjoy sharing much anymore. I have a youtube channel now where I upload videos sometimes but thats about it.
I still like making art just the passion to share it with anyone other myself is gone. I don't even have the energy anymore to share art in person. I always get question about my art on why I'm not doing it more or if thats REALLY what I'd call a finish piece.

I'm tired of lots of people in my life telling me how I should be an artist
I get support but, lots of people all around the art community need to understand being an artist isn't making something to someone else's standards, or that someone else will notice.
Even if you love art to death if you just want it to be a hobby that's all it needs to be a nothing more, if you want to make money or make a career of it its your choice and not those of the several people in the world saying that because you can you should.

I just want to have my art to myself and if I am to share it again in the future I will.
But my art is more of a diary now I want no one else to read.

Despite still often hearing how come I'm wasting my talent by not sharing it with the world.

DA was really fun to use a lot during my childhood and I do dearly miss talking to the people and friends I made on here but just like them, myself and life we all moved on and found other things.
If anyone ever wants to talk again and catch up in general just message me but for now stay if you like and maybe I'll upload here again eventually.

Yea I know I'm basically dead but at least go look at the girls prices, shes got spectacular art and could really use the money.

So ya know that hurricane Harvey? that their calling the thousand year flood?
lots of friends and neighbors I know are now homeless or ruined.
I don't have a car anymore and might have to move and was lucky enough to leave with my animals, clothes and come electronics.
I had to walk through really deep water and be rescued by boat.
There are dead animals almost everywhere, homes in ruins, electric water, people robbing at gun point.
Kinda terrible.
I'm fine but am unsure of the future for now, I just hope all my friends are alright and people put into perspective on just how bad this disaster is.
