Ok this is the last one.. FOR NOW E_E anyways ppl told me I needed to work on my skin shade so I tried something a bit different has you can tell
and I made the hair look like this completely on accident lawl also I changed the hair style e-e it looks way better down

The 2010-09 one is how I used to draw the eyes but it has improved alot and I have to say this is a fine piece and theres alot of detail on the "End of 2012" one and the sparkley eyes are simply devined and I have to say its very detailed and its absolutely very beautyful and that shine added to the hair is very beautyful too and I need to say this is as good improvement as the creator and a very fine piece and they look like diffrent characters and its as good as a charm so beautyful.

Okay so the first thing I see is her skin, I know I told you to fix that a bit but like I didn't mean use a pink color for the shading ;w; if you want, to do some really easy shading with the airbrush just take a orange color (not TOO strong) and just airbrush over the skin. It looks decent for your style :3
Her hair shading is a little off; there shouldn't be a really bright light spot on her hair in the back because light generally doesn't go there. And the shading on the bottom half looks sort of choppy and odd.
I like her eyes and her outfit though, and the highlights that you added :3 it looks somewhat decent overall.
